Job summary

Volantes Recruitment is seeking a Customer Support Manager to oversee end-to-end customer support and services for civil customers across the UK and Ireland. You will coordinate with MRO, Delivery, and Sales teams to ensure proactive service delivery and timely resolution of complex requests.

The role requires strong relationship-building skills, knowledge of aviation regulations, and the ability to drive customer satisfaction across multiple interfaces in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in aerospace account management or customer support.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Part 145 and Part CAMO desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end customer support and services for UK & Ireland clients.
• Maintain proactive, transparent communication with customers during maintenance and AOG events.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to fulfill complex customer requirements and drive satisfaction.
