Job summary

easyJet is seeking a Crew Training Technician at London Gatwick to provide hands-on technical support for training facilities, devices and equipment. You will perform readiness checks, planned maintenance, fault-finding and repairs across specialist gear, ensuring safety and reliability for every training session.

The role requires a varied shift pattern with weekend work and occasional travel to other training locations.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot, maintain or oversee mechanical and technical equipment.
• Able to read and follow technical manuals and mechanical diagrams.
• Organised, able to balance priorities in a fast-paced operational setting and work independently while coordinating with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and carry out planned maintenance, inspections, testing and fault-finding across training equipment.
• Keep devices operationally ready and respond quickly to technical issues.
• Manage repairs, refurbishment, component replacement and upgrades to improve reliability.
• Maintain accurate technical, safety and compliance records and support audits.
• Manage spare parts, supplier activity and maintenance spend while sharing knowledge across the team.
