Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6 months' experience in a customer-facing or people-focused role.
• Clear, confident, and kind communication.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make safe, informed decisions.
• Enjoy working as part of a diverse, energetic team.
• Take ownership, solve problems with empathy and go the extra mile for customers.
• Be 18 years or older and meet basic fitness requirements.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Be able to swim 25 metres and pass a UK CAA Cabin Crew medical.
• Live within 90 minutes of base or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers onboard and keep them safe throughout the flight.
• Deliver service that feels genuine, confident and effortless.
• Work as part of a diverse, energetic team across the network.
• Support customers from take-off to landing and in cafe/shop interactions.
