Job summary

Flexjet is seeking an experienced Compliance Monitoring professional to advise on regulatory matters and support the audit programme across the organisation. The role involves coordinating audits, managing findings, and promoting a strong safety culture in line with EASA and UK CAA practices.

You will assist with training, prepare business information packs, and participate in change management activities as required to sustain effective compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar Compliance Monitoring role within aviation.
• Experience with regulatory audits and maintaining safety management systems.
• Ability to write effective reports, business correspondence and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Advise Compliance Monitoring Managers on matters affecting company operations.
• Assist development of annual audit schedule including subcontractors for regulatory coverage.
• Coordinate auditor assignments and administer findings response.
• Maintain a system for feedback on audit findings to managers.
• Analyze implementation and effectiveness of preventive and corrective actions.
• Support training and education of the Compliance Monitoring Function.
