Job summary

Safran Seats is seeking a Configuration Manager in the UK to lead and maintain the CMS, ensuring traceability and governance across product configurations. You will drive engineering change control, report on KPI, and ensure compliance with group processes and regulatory standards.

You will work with Windchill PLM deployment and collaborate with Change/Programme teams to embed configuration control across programme delivery.

Qualifications

• CMII Level 6 certification with strong CM principles and best practices.
• Proficient in CATIA V5, SmarTeam or similar PLM tools.
• Experience in Aerospace or Automotive industries, DMU knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the CMS, ensuring compliance with requirements and KPI reporting.
• Own and optimise the engineering change control process with clear responsibilities and CCBs.
• Drive standardisation of configuration and change practices aligned with group processes.
