Job summary

M Group Transport (Aviation) is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Maintenance team at the Heathrow Office. The role involves supporting site managers, developing a reactive maintenance crew and ensuring high standards of safety and quality across civil and infrastructure assets.

An experienced engineer looking to progress will thrive here. You will manage workflows, review technical outputs, and coordinate across internal teams as well as with the client.

Qualifications

• Site experience with civil engineering schemes.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and Environmental Standards.
• Proven ability to deliver technical packages on civil projects.
• Proficient with setting out instruments.
• Interest in progressing with ICE qualification.
• Demonstrable values and behaviours in aviation projects.
• High standard of presentation and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret scopes, drawings and technical information.
• Good communication across teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support Maintenance and Site Managers with expertise and develop a reactive team.
• Ensure workflow runs smoothly and processes are followed.
• Review outputs for quality-controlled documentation and data management.
• Track performance and manage project software.
• Maintain safety, standards and quality throughout the project life cycle.
