Job summary

MAG (Airports Group) is seeking an Aviation Business Development Manager at London Stansted Airport. You will identify new airline opportunities, build strong relationships with prospective partners and develop business cases to grow the airport’s airline network.

Working with the Aviation team, you’ll monitor market trends, inform planning and forecasting, and translate strategies into executable plans that drive passenger growth and revenue for Stansted.

• Experience working with travel trade organisations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and opportunities.

The role

As Aviation Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing London Stansted Airport’s airline network, identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with prospective aviation partners. Working closely with the Head of Aviation Business Development and wider aviation team, you’ll help develop and secure new routes and capacity, driving passenger growth and revenue.

You’ll develop business cases and commercial plans for new airline opportunities, provide insight to support account management and contribute to the delivery of the airport’s aviation strategy. You’ll also monitor market trends, competitor activity and wider industry developments to identify opportunities and inform future planning and forecasting.

Working collaboratively across Aviation, Marketing and external partners, you’ll help strengthen Stansted’s market presence and support both existing and future route development opportunities.
