KINGS COLLEGE SCHOOL is seeking an events coordinator starting September 2025 to support the successful delivery of events. This full-time position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage A/V and IT support for diverse school activities. The successful candidate will work closely with staff and students, ensuring seamless coordination of events.
We are seeking to appoint an events coordinator from September 2025. This is a new role at King’s and is an exciting opportunity to support the successful delivery of major events across the school. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will work with teaching staff and professional services staff to ensure that events are coordinated and arranged such that they run smoothly and successfully. The post will involve working closely with all stakeholders within the King’s community, including staff, pupils, visitors and parents. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week.
