Location: London

Ryder Reid Legal is looking for an experienced AV Technician to join the dynamic team of one of our prestigious, global law firm clients on a permanent basis. In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain AV equipment for various events, ensuring seamless functionality and top-notch client support.

As an AV Technician, you will oversee daily service delivery, manage special events, and collaborate with the AV Manager to evaluate performance. You will also develop and implement firm-wide projects, lead AV responsibilities for high-profile events, and ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up and maintain AV equipment
2. Provide on-site technical support
3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues
4. Train staff on AV equipment use
5. Coordinate with vendors for maintenance

The Ideal Candidate:

1. 5+ years of AV experience
2. Strong problem-solving skills
3. Excellent communication abilities
