Summary:

This is an excellent opening for an AV Support Technician, for a chance to work with a leading brand and learn lots on the job. Specialising in Audio Visual, Video Conferencing and Unified Communications solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st/2nd line troubleshooting for AV systems globally

• Conduct daily morning meeting room testing

• Hosting remote meeting and webinar, including set up and management of polling, Q&A and breakout rooms

• Event Support- preparation / rehearsals / live event management

Attributes/Skills:

• Experience with supporting the following technologies:

o Microsoft Teams Rooms (Crestron, Polycom, Logitech)

• Prior experience with a ticketing system.

• Experience with Windows Operating Systems
