Job description

To oversee and manage the successful execution of collaboration projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning & Coordination: Planning and execution of collaboration projects, including procurement, installation, and testing of AV systems for both corporate and event-based environments. Setting the Projects Scope, Goals and Objectives and ensuring successful completion of Projects on time and in budget to customers satisfaction.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations, and ensuring all deliverables meet the client's needs and specifications.
  3. Budget Management: Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and costs are controlled throughout the project's life cycle.
  4. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, vendors, and contractors, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
  5. Timeline Management: Create detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust timelines as necessary to ensure that milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.
  6. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation including Project Brief/Statement of Works, change orders, schedules, and progress reports in line with the companies standard governance reporting. Provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
  7. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, safety protocols, and legal requirements.
Qualifications
  1. Prince 2 Advantageous but training will be given.
  2. A passion for learning and developing within a Project Management role.
  3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and manage resources effectively.
  4. Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  5. Knowledge and awareness of AV technologies beneficial.

Salary Package: £40,000 - £45,000 plus large company benefits, a broad flexible benefits scheme, and 2 paid-for volunteering days a year. Hours: 9.00 am - 5.30 pm, Monday - Friday. Interview Process: 2-stage process.
