Role: AV Field Service Engineer
Location: East Midlands (SCC operate hybrid working, which comprises a mix of office and home working)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary Package: Competitive salary plus large company benefits, a broad flexible benefits scheme, and 2 paid volunteering days a year
Hours: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm Monday – Friday
Interview Process: 2-stage process
The Field Service Engineer plays a vital role in providing SLA commitments to our Service clients. Based in the North of England, they will work with a team of engineers to attend customer premises, assess, and repair faults within SCC Collab agreements.
The role requires a skilled individual capable of fault identification and resolution, equipment servicing, and deciding whether to repair onsite or RMA. Building and maintaining positive client relationships and delivering high-quality customer service are essential.
Flexibility to work outside regular hours and some overtime is required.
This role involves operating within established SLAs and KPIs, whether working independently or as part of a team, to enhance productivity and user satisfaction through efficient onsite service delivery.
