Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking an electrical/electronic build and support technician to support product prototyping, test and integration for AUV systems, including field trials. The role suits ex Royal Navy Engineers or Artificers.

You will work with the core engineering team to ensure systems are reliable, well-tested and ready for deployment, with field testing several times monthly. Proven hands-on electronics experience, PCB rework to small components, and the ability to document

Qualifications

• Hands-on electronics testing and fault finding.
• Proficient with oscilloscopes and diagnostic tools.
• PCB rework to 0603 components.
• Mechanical assembly skills and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble AUV systems including mechanical assembly, pressure vessels and electrical cabling.
• Perform advanced electronic diagnostics and PCB/component rework.
• Operate the AUV during trials and prepare for deployments.
• Support client demonstrations and on-site troubleshooting.
