Qualifications

• Experience in delivering projects across RIBA stages is preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders (public, private, design teams).
• Strong understanding of cost control, procurement and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery with increasing autonomy, working with Directors and senior leaders.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and reporting across healthcare, industry and infrastructure portfolios.
• Support cost management teams to ensure commercial oversight and delivery on time and budget.
