Open to fully trained ACPs or those requiring Annex 21 training; Welsh/English speakers welcome. Salary band 7; Annex 21 training pay applies during training period with progression on successful qualification.

Qualifications

• Advanced practice and leadership experience within trauma/orthopaedics.
• Evidence of CPD and portfolio maintenance in advanced practice.
• Experience delivering education to multi-professional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care/management for patients in acute settings including trauma wards.
• Maintain a portfolio demonstrating the four pillars of advanced practice.
• Lead clinical service developments and support MDT leadership.
• Engage in QiP projects and service evaluations.
