Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a registered veterinary surgeon.
• Comfort with 20-minute consultations.
• Ability to work in a first-opinion, small-animal practice.
• Willingness to develop clinical interests.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality first-opinion veterinary care.
• Conduct 20-minute consultations.
• Manage caseload of cats, dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs.
• Diagnose and treat medical conditions.
• Perform routine surgical procedures as experience allows.
• Maintain high standards of patient welfare.
• Develop areas of interest through CPD and training.
• Participate in the weekend rota.
• Occasional sole charge when required.
