You'll create a safe, supportive environment and have the autonomy to make critical clinical decisions, developing tailored care plans and administering medicines with precision.

You’ll need current NMC registration and strong knowledge of clinical practices, risk assessments and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices knowledge.
• Experience producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored care plans and conduct comprehensive risk assessments.
• Administer medicines safely and with oversight of clinical judgement.
