Job summary

Prospect Health is seeking a Relief Pharmacist Manager to lead a close‑knit team across Forres, Lossiemouth and Lhanbryde in a growing pharmacy group with ambitious plans in private services.

You will have real autonomy to shape services, utilize prescribing skills if IP, and benefit from IP progression support. 5 days out of 7 work pattern with a salary from £54,000 p/a; IP salary £66,000 p/a. Tier 2 visa available for qualified UK pharmacists.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK with GPhC registration.
• Experience leading a pharmacy team preferred.
• Willingness to work Monday to Saturday (5 days out of 7).

Responsibilities

• Lead branches and manage pharmacist teams autonomously.
• Build lasting relationships with patients and healthcare partners.
• Drive service development and private pharmacy initiatives.
