Job summary

Leaders In Care searches for a Registered Manager to lead a complex care nursing home in Manchester. You will hold overall responsibility for daily management, shaping a high-quality, person-centred service and building a strong, capable team.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to ensure exceptional care, regulatory compliance and outstanding CQC outcomes, while fostering a positive culture and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home.
• NMC PIN (RGN/RMN) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
• Experience leading complex care services.
• Track record of achieving strong CQC outcomes.
• Inspiring leader with excellent communication and people management skills.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding care and developing high-performing teams.
