Job summary

Gold Group Limited in Leatherhead is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to own projects from inception to completion, across a diverse portfolio including blue light, education, industrial, healthcare, leisure, hotel and commercial schemes.

With around 50 employees, the firm offers APC support with paid RICS membership, dedicated study leave, a discretionary annual bonus, private healthcare, a pension and 25 days of holiday, plus clear progression within an established independent consultancy.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience delivering QS services within consultancy or client-side.
• Experience delivering pre- and post-contract services.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Proactive approach and able to manage own workload.
