Job summary

Interaction Recruitment PLC is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage a portfolio of smaller government framework projects from tender to final accounts. You will operate within a close-knit, collaborative team, owning projects end-to-end.

The role offers full autonomy, variety across sectors, and stability under a well-funded government framework. Ideal candidates will have experience in commercial construction, multi-project management, and be prepared to obtain enhanced security clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction.
• Familiarity with government/public sector frameworks is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle management of multiple smaller projects from pre-construction to final accounts.
• Price tenders, review documents and help secure upcoming projects.
• Manage variations, cost reporting, subcontractor procurement, valuations and final accounts.
• Act as primary contact for clients, sub-contractors and internal teams.
