Job summary

Upfront Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager for commercial interior fit-out projects across the Midlands, based in Towcester.

You will manage projects from pre-start through to completion, plan labour and programmes, visit sites and meetings, coordinate trades, manage costs, and maintain client relationships. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a salary of 55,000–60,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Ability to manage projects from pre-start to completion and coordinate multiple teams.
• Strong client liaison and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple live commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Taking projects from pre-start through to completion.
• Planning labour requirements and project programmes.
• Carrying out regular site visits and attending client meetings.
• Managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinating works across different trades and project stages.
• Working closely with the Project Co-ordinator to procure materials.
• Coordinating material deliveries to ensure projects remain on programme.
• Identifying, pricing and managing project variations.
• Working alongside the Project Co-ordinator on valuations and final accounts.
• Monitoring project costs and maintaining commercial awareness.
• Resolving day-to-day site issues and keeping projects moving.
• Maintaining clear communication with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Maintaining accurate project records and keeping programmes up to date.
• Managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
