Spilsby Surgery is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our rural practice. The ANP will assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of health needs and will prescribe independently within their scope of practice.

You will work as a senior member of the clinical team alongside GPs, nursing staff and dispensary colleagues. The post offers opportunities to influence care pathways, participate in MDT discussions and contribute to service development.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with NMC registration and advanced practice training.
• Authorized to prescribe independently within scope of practice.
• Experience in general practice or primary care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess, diagnose and manage a broad range of health needs independently.
• Prescribe medication and arrange investigations, referrals or follow‑up.
• Work with GPs and the wider team to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in MDT discussions.
• Provide health education and patient safety information.
