Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run minor illness and urgent care NP clinics
• Telephone triage and patient streaming
• Assess, diagnose and manage undifferentiated presentations
• Prescribe independently where qualified
• Review investigations and actioning follow-up tasks
• Maintaining accurate documentation in the clinical system
• Support GPs and Practice Nurses with core clinical duties
