Job summary

Promni Health is recruiting an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner (APP) to join our established MSK team in GP practices on a part-time basis (22.5 hours). You will provide autonomous assessment, diagnosis and management of MSK conditions at the first point of contact, within a supportive, governance‑driven environment.

You will collaborate with GPs, nurses and MDT colleagues to deliver coordinated patient care, lead clinical supervision and contribute to service development within Primary Care

Responsibilities

• Autonomous, highly skilled clinician working within GP practices to assess, diagnose, treat and manage musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions and undifferentiated presentations.
• Independently manage patient care and, where appropriate, discharge patients without the need for medical referral.
• Lead clinical supervision and development of colleagues, contributing to clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist with Primary Care Network (PCN) service mobilisation and stakeholder engagement.
