Locum Ready is seeking an experienced Locum Advanced Clinical Practitioner to work in a GP practice in Grantham. You will deliver autonomous clinical assessments and safe decision-making within a structured primary care environment, joining an established multidisciplinary team with clear pathways and strong admin support.

You will run your own clinics, manage urgent and routine patient demand, and participate in a smooth workflow to ensure effective session delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification (Level 7/Postgraduate).
• Independent Prescribing qualification (V300 or equivalent) preferred.
• Background may be Nursing, Paramedic Science, Physiotherapy or similar.

Aufgaben

• Conducting acute and same-day access clinics
• Autonomous assessment, diagnosis and management of undifferentiated presentations
• Telephone triage and clinical streaming
• Ordering and interpreting investigations
• Prescribing safely within scope (where qualified)
• Managing follow-up actions, results and referral workflows, documenting clearly using the practice clinical system
