Job summary

A law firm in the South West London and Surrey market is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its disputes team on a permanent basis. This opportunity offers genuine autonomy, direct client exposure, and the chance to develop an own practice in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment.

The role provides a base salary plus commission, with hybrid working and no formal billable hour targets. You will manage commercial and property litigation matters and grow a client base in the SW

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in private practice litigation.
• Strong expertise in property litigation and commercial disputes.
• Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills.
• Ability to negotiate fee proposals and develop lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion.
• Take full responsibility for client relationships and case strategy.
• Provide strategic advice and maintain ownership of matters throughout their lifecycle.
• Develop long-term client relationships and contribute to growth of the disputes practice.
