Job summary

Lewis Paige is seeking a Litigation Solicitor with 2–5 years' PQE for a fully remote role in the UK. You can choose either a consultant or employed position, with a competitive salary or attractive fee-share depending on experience.

You will manage a varied caseload across commercial, contractual and other disputes, while enjoying autonomy, excellent client service, and modern case management support.

Qualifications

• Ideally 2–5 years' post-qualification experience in Litigation
• Experience managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent advocacy, negotiation and drafting skills
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and client relationship skills
• A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of litigation matters from instruction through to resolution
• Handle commercial disputes and contractual disputes
• Oversee debt recovery, property litigation and civil litigation
• Manage shareholder and partnership disputes and professional negligence claims
• Engage in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and settlement negotiations

Our client, a progressive and expanding UK law firm, is seeking an ambitious Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Dispute Resolution team. Working alongside experienced litigators, you'll advise a diverse client base across a broad range of contentious matters, providing commercially focused legal solutions and exceptional client service.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of litigation matters, including:

• Commercial disputes
• Contractual disputes
• Debt recovery
• Property litigation
• Civil litigation
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Professional negligence claims
• Alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and settlement negotiations

You will have the autonomy to run your files from instruction through to resolution while benefiting from the support of an experienced legal team and modern case management systems.

About You
