Job summary

WeMaintain invites an experienced Lift Service & Callout Engineer to join our Central London Field Operations team. You will ensure lifts are maintained across customer sites, combining planned servicing with responsive callouts and fault-finding to keep equipment running smoothly.

You’ll work with operations and technical teams, building strong customer relationships and taking ownership of maintenance decisions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of qualified lift maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Experience planning maintenance and handling breakdowns.
• Solid safety knowledge and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance across customer sites.
• Diagnose faults and carry out safe repairs to restore service.
• Identify reliability issues and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain clear on-site communication with customers.
• Record maintenance visits and faults in our digital tools.
• Collaborate with Operations and Tech teams.
• Support continuous improvement with field feedback.
