Job summary

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 clinical specialist Dietitian to join the HEN team for a fixed-term maternity cover, based at the Basingstoke site. The role includes community enteral feeding support and your own general outpatient and GP clinics, within a multidisciplinary team.

You will work autonomously with a caseload of complex patients and collaborate with other professionals to empower patients at home.

Qualifications

• Band 6 clinical specialist dietitian with experience in nutrition support.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously manage a caseload of complex patients in the community, including enteral feeding support.
• Deliver regular outpatient and GP clinics from Basingstoke site.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
