Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified dietitian with HCPC registration and paediatric interest.
• Experience in paediatric dietetics desirable.
• Willingness to work across multiple sites and support home visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly specialised nutrition and dietetic service to paediatric patients.
• Contribute to service development through audit and patient surveys.
• Manage and prioritise a delegated caseload.
• Advise staff on prescribable specialist foods and formulas.
• Maintain CPD and participate in dietetic groups.
• Train students and apprentices in paediatric dietetics.
• Work across Basingstoke, North Hampshire Hospital and community clinics.
• Support diabetes cohort with home visits when required.
