Job summary

You will join Young's Pubs as Head Chef for The Dunstan House Inn, a pub with rooms in a bustling community. You’ll write menus that match the food vision using fresh seasonal ingredients, from local produce to seafood and sharing plates.

You’ll lead and inspire a kitchen team, cost and develop menus, manage rota, training and health & safety, and drive growth with strong leadership and creativity across our pubs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a kitchen team.
• Ability to create menus that match a defined food vision.
• Strong communication and hands-on leadership.
• Cost management and GP/labour control awareness.
• Active involvement in training and health & safety.
• Passion for fresh seasonal ingredients and local produce.
