Job summary

Simpson Judge is seeking an Employment Solicitor/Associate Solicitor to join their growing employment team in the North West. The role offers quality work, autonomy, flexibility, and clear career progression within a reputable, commercially focused team.

The ideal candidate will have NQ to 4 years’ PQE in employment law, strong technical knowledge, and a proactive, client‑facing approach, with flexibility for hybrid working and opportunities to develop expertise.

Qualifications

• NQ–4 years’ PQE with an employment law specialism.
• Strong understanding of employment law matters.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of employment matters including Tribunal litigation and corporate support work.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and support business development.
• Work collaboratively within an established team and contribute to growth initiatives.
