Qualifications

• Registered with NMC or HCPC and have specialist diabetes knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist, advanced professional contribution to diabetes clinical management.
• Adopt autonomous practice, maintain accountability and adhere to professional standards.
• Assess patients with comprehensive history and examinations, diagnose and treat when appropriate.
• Ensure follow-up for patients under care and participate in guidelines and governance.
