Job summary

Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Specialist Physiotherapist to join our integrated community and hospital-based services in Lambeth. You will deliver specialist rehabilitation, assess complex cases and lead person-centred plans within an MDT, ensuring safe discharge and independence.

We value autonomous practice, strong communication, and the ability to supervise students and junior staff while contributing to service development and research within a high‑quality NHS

Qualifications

Graduate physiotherapist with HCPC registration.
Experience in adult rehabilitation and MDT settings.
Experience supervising junior staff and students.

Responsibilities

Specialist rehabilitation and therapy assessment and planning.
Case manage clients through intensive short-term programs.
Work autonomously in community and domiciliary services.
