Macdonald & Company is partnering with a long-standing real-estate investment business in the West Midlands to recruit a Building Surveyor or Project Manager. You’ll oversee a mix of new build and refurbishment works across the portfolio, coordinating external consultants and contractors to meet specification, timescales and budget.

• Experience as Building Surveyor or related field.
• Commercial experience at consultancy or client-side.
• Willingness to travel, including occasional overseas stays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a mix of new build and refurbishment works across the portfolio.
• Coordinate external consultants and contractors to meet spec, time and budget.
• Ensure works are delivered to quality and on programme.
