Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their West Midlands team. You will carry out RICS surveys and condition surveys on a varied portfolio of residential and commercial properties, with high client contact and a degree of autonomy.

The role offers hybrid working, a salary of £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience, and ongoing CPD and career development. You will work with a supportive, professional team and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• MRICS or AssocRICS is essential.
• Proven Building Surveying experience.
• Experience with RICS Level 1, 2 and 3 surveys.
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
• West Midlands travel and driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out RICS Level 1, 2 and 3 Building Surveys.
• Inspect residential and commercial properties; identify defects.
• Prepare detailed Building Survey and condition reports.
• Liaise with clients before and after inspections.
• Manage own diary, workloads and reporting deadlines.
