Macdonald & Company is partnering with a privately owned international real estate investor to appoint an experienced Asset Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of out-of-town retail parks, retail warehousing and trade counters.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ commercial property asset management experience.
• Experience with out-of-town retail parks/retail warehousing preferred.
• Strong track record of driving performance through leasing and asset management.
• Excellent commercial, financial and negotiation skills.
• Ambitious, autonomous, entrepreneurial professional.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing asset-level business plans.
• Leading leasing strategy, including rent reviews, renewals, regears and new lettings.
• Driving value through repositioning, refurbishment, development, acquisitions and disposals.
• Managing asset performance, budgets, service providers and key occupier relationships.
• Supporting investment decisions through financial analysis, reporting and market insight.
