Job summary

The Cornerstone Practice in March, Cambridgeshire, is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly multidisciplinary team. You will provide autonomous, patient-centred care across primary care, including home visits, care home ward rounds, and routine to urgent consultations.

Applicants must hold Independent Prescribing (V300), a Level 7 advanced clinical practice qualification, and substantial autonomous ANP experience with current UK NMC registration.

Qualifications

• Substantial autonomous ANP experience.
• Independent prescribing (V300) required.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess, diagnose and treat acute illness and undifferentiated symptoms.
• Undertake routine, urgent and same-day consultations including minor illness.
• Conduct home visits for housebound patients.
• Undertake 1 care home ward round per week.
• Independently prescribe medication and manage treatment plans.
• Request, interpret and act on investigations and arrange referrals.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure safe care.
