Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a friendly GP practice in Croydon. The role offers autonomous clinical work within a supportive MDT and a varied patient caseload.

Flexible hours with both full-time and part-time opportunities; salary up to £65,000–£70,000 FTE depending on experience. Start date ASAP or negotiable, with strong clinical support and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC registration.
• Advanced Clinical Practice / ANP qualification or equivalent.
• Independent Prescribing qualification.
• Significant experience in primary care.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess, diagnose and manage patients with acute and minor illnesses.
• Conduct telephone and face-to-face consultations.
• Manage patients with long-term conditions.
• Undertake clinical examinations and assessments.
• Request and interpret investigations.
• Prescribe within your scope of practice.
• Provide safety-netting and follow-up.
• Refer patients to secondary care and other services.
• Support health promotion and preventative care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records.
• Work with GPs, Practice Nurses and MDT.
• Contribute to audits and service development.
