Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner for flexible regional primary care sessions across Isleworth. You will run autonomous ANP-led clinics in established primary care settings, delivering advanced assessments and managing same-day presentations with full clinical autonomy.

You will triage by phone and in person, prescribe safely within your scope, and ensure timely follow-up and accurate documentation in digital systems.

Qualifications

• Level 7 Advanced Practice qualification required.
• Independent Prescribing (V300) required.
• Experience in GP, urgent care or community settings preferred.
• Strong diagnostic reasoning and communication skills essential.
• Confidence working autonomously in new environments required.
• Enhanced DBS clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Running autonomous ANP-led clinics within primary care settings.
• Managing acute, undifferentiated and minor illness presentations.
• Conducting telephone and face-to-face triage.
• Prescribing safely within scope of competence.
• Reviewing results and handling routine follow-up actions.
• Recording accurate clinical notes within the clinic’s digital systems.
