Locum Ready is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to deliver autonomous ANP-led clinics across Elland, providing flexible primary care sessions with full clinical autonomy in established GP and community services. You will handle advanced assessments, triage, same-day presentations, and prescribing within scope, with robust support and clear pathways to ensure safe, efficient workflows.

This role offers ad-hoc or regular bookings across regional clinics, with a focus on autonomy

Qualifikationen

• Must hold Level 7 Advanced Practice qualification.
• Must hold Independent Prescribing (V300).
• Experience in GP, urgent care or community settings.
• Strong diagnostic reasoning and communication skills.
• Confidence working autonomously in new environments.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Aufgaben

• Running autonomous ANP-led clinics within primary care settings.
• Managing acute, undifferentiated and minor illness presentations.
• Conducting telephone and face-to-face triage.
• Prescribing safely within scope of competence.
• Reviewing results and handling routine follow-up actions.
• Recording accurate clinical notes within the clinic’s digital systems.
