Job summary

Qualifications

• Substantial production software engineering experience with deep understanding of architecture, production systems and risk.
• Experience shaping software around AI agents and agent-based workflows.
• Ability to design verification, testing and observability for autonomous systems.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes, not tickets: work with product owners to map problems to production solutions.
• Delegate outcomes, not steps: define expected results and involve experts when needed.
• Engineer the agent harness: create instructions, skills, tools, permissions, environments and validation loops.
• Engineer context and memory: manage knowledge of systems, decisions and state for agents.
• Push toward an autonomous software factory: enable parallel agent workstreams with minimal human input.
• Make autonomous work trustworthy: build tests and observability to verify completeness without inspecting every artifact.
