Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warranty Advisor or in a similar automotive role.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate technical systems.
• Effective communication skills for internal and customer interactions.
• Familiarity with automotive warranty systems.
• Knowledge of automotive industry processes and procedures.
• Customer service experience within the automotive sector.
• Previous warranty management or administrative experience is advantageous.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications are preferred.
