Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is assisting a market-leading Cambridge employer to recruit an Automotive Technician / Test Technician. You will join a hands-on team, set up and install test powertrains and vehicles, and operate specialist test equipment on diverse projects. The salary and benefits reflect the level of technical responsibility.

The role runs Monday to Friday with an alternating 7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm shift, and comes with product training and clear progression opportunities.

Automotive Technician / Test Technician

Cambridge (Ideally located: St Neots, Stevenage, Bishop's Stortford, Bury St Edmunds)

Are you from a hands on background within the Automotive industry, looking to advance your career technically with a company offering industry-leading training where you will work on cutting-edge technology?

This well-established company are market leaders in their field and have an excellent reputation across their industry. Due to their continued success, they are now looking to add to their highly skilled team.

In this varied hands-on role, you'll support powertrain and vehicle testing, from installing and instrumenting test systems to operating and maintaining specialist test facilities. This is a Monday-to-Friday role with an alternating shift pattern with full product training provided to the successful candidate.

This role would suit a hands-on engineer from an automotive background, looking to join a genuine market leader, who will provide specialist training and long-term career progression opportunities.
