We are seeking an experienced vehicle technician to join our small, award-winning team at our busy, family-run Ford dealership. You will join our team of technicians to diagnose and repair predominantly Ford cars and commercials.

Duties

1. Accurately diagnose vehicle faults
2. Repair and replace faulty parts
3. Carry out routine servicing work, MOT repairs, and more involved tasks such as cambelt replacement and engine rebuilds
4. Communicate with workshop manager regarding work progress
5. Develop your skills & knowledge through the Ford training program
6. Maintain a clean & safe work bay

Requirements

• You should have completed NVQ level 3 and ideally 3 years of relevant technician experience
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Full and valid UK driving licence
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• A willingness to learn and develop your skills to progress your ability
• Manufacturer level experience would be beneficial, but not mandatory
