We are expanding! Due to taking on new franchises at our Darlington branch, we are looking to strengthen and refine our aftersales team.

• Competitive Basic Salary + Bonuses: Up to £36,000 (based on experience and qualifications) with an average OTE of £42,000 which is an uncapped bonus.
• Hours of work: 08:00 to 17:00 or 08:30-17:30 – NO WEEKENDS
• Sign-On Bonus: £500 upon joining and an additional £500 after a successful probation period
• Overtime Available: Maximise your earnings with additional hours

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles
• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance, following manufacturer specifications
• Provide detailed reports on vehicle condition and recommended work
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Level 3 NVQ in automotive maintenance and repair (or equivalent)
• Experience in a dealership or service centre environment
• Valid Driver’s License

Preferred (But Not Essential):

• Apprentice Trained
• Experience with diagnostic software and tools
• Valid MOT Tester License
