Job Description:

Up to 27,000 per year + Uncapped Bonus.

Are you passionate about motoring and excel at customer service?

This role involves engaging proactively with customers, building rapport quickly, and advising on products and services to provide the best solutions, ensuring customers leave satisfied with their needs met.

You will lead and support your team to achieve sales across the Halfords group through referrals for services such as Tyres, MOT, and other car maintenance needs. The role focuses on recommending the right solutions, whether in our Autocentres, via our Mobile Expert van, or in the car park.

Building strong relationships is key. You will collaborate with colleagues in Autocentres and Mobile Expert teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Excellent rapport-building and communication skills
• Experience in face-to-face customer service, ideally in retail or automotive environments
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets by converting conversations into opportunities
• Experience in supervising and coaching team members
• An interest or experience in motoring products/services
