Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old with a clean and valid NY driver’s license.
• Prior valet experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
• Professional personal appearance.

Responsibilities

• Park/transport client and company vehicles safely and efficiently, delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Take photos of incoming cars as directed and tag vehicles.
• Coordinate with service advisors/technicians to determine vehicle status.
• Safely park vehicles and maintain organization of keys and spaces.
• Greet customers warmly and guide them to their destination when parking or retrieving vehicles.
• Maintain supplies (mats, seat coverings, and related materials) as requested.
