Job summary

Foray Motor Group in Yeovil is seeking a proactive workshop team member for our Ford service centre. You will handle routine maintenance, diagnostics, and health-check reporting, with Ford and in-house training provided.

A full driving licence is required and MOT qualification is a plus. The role offers a permanent full-time contract, a 45-hour week schedule, and a salary up to £45,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent automotive/engineering qualification.
• Previous experience in a vehicle workshop.
• Full driving licence.
• MOT qualification advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance and service checks for Ford and other makes.
• Fault finding and diagnostics.
• Produce reports on vehicle health using electronic health check system.
• Explain technical issues to customers via video software and in person.
